Privacy policy

This policy explains what Runpoint Partners collects through runpoint.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Effective July 30, 2026

Who we are

Runpoint Partners (“Runpoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds software and AI systems for businesses. This policy applies to runpoint.ai and the forms, newsletters, reports, and other services available through the site.

Information you give us

When you contact us, request information, or subscribe to the newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, company, message, and any other information you choose to provide.

We use this information to respond to you, provide requested material, manage our relationship with you, and send marketing messages when you have asked to receive them or when otherwise permitted by law. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, interactions with the site, and identifiers stored in your browser.

We use this information to operate and secure the site, understand which pages are useful, measure our marketing, and recognize interest from businesses that may need Runpoint's services.

Analytics and visitor identification

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and site use. Google may receive information about your device, browser, IP address, and activity on the site. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy.

For visitors in the United States, we also use an identity-resolution service provided by Data Aviator and website visitor identification provided by Apollo. These services may compare browser, device, network, page-view, and other signals with third-party business and consumer data to infer the identity or company of a visitor. These matches are estimates and may be wrong. We use them as sales-planning signals, not as proof that a particular person visited the site.

The visitor-identification scripts are configured to load only after Cloudflare reports that a visitor is in the United States. If location cannot be determined, the scripts do not load. Country detection is not perfect, so you may also contact us to opt out or request deletion.

Cookies and browser storage

The site and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for analytics, security, remembering preferences, measuring site use, and visitor identification. You can limit or delete these through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some site features.

When we share information

We share information with companies that help us run the site and our business, including hosting and security providers, analytics and visitor-identification providers, Airtable for customer records, and SendGrid for email delivery. These providers process information for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or our rights, in connection with a business transaction, or to professional advisers who are bound to protect it.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly. You may ask us not to use or disclose your information for targeted marketing as described below.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, measuring the site, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting the site. The retention period depends on the type of information and why it was collected.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we have about you, request a copy, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses and disclosures. You may also ask us to stop using visitor-identification information associated with you.

Send requests to hello@runpoint.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
